Yes. Our approach is negotiation-first. Legal action is initiated only if soft recovery fails and only after prior client approval.
Timelines depend on case complexity and debtor response:
- Soft Recovery: 7–15 days
- Medium Recovery: 30–45 days
- Hard Recovery: 60–90 days
Some cases may resolve faster, while complex cases can take longer.
We operate on a plan-based one-time membership fee model. In addition, commission is charged only on the successfully recovered amount. There are no hidden charges.
We work on a commitment-based model. However, for new clients, a Trial Plan may be offered to understand our services before full engagement.
Our average success ratio is 60–70%, especially in genuine B2B recovery cases where proper documentation is available.

All recovered payments are credited directly to the client’s bank account. We do not receive or route payments through any third party.

Yes. We provide PAN India recovery support, including field visits where required.
If a case is commercially or legally non-viable, we inform the client transparently and recommend closure to avoid unnecessary expenses.
